  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 4 drops bitter almond aroma
  • 200 g ground walnut kernels
  • 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp starch
  • 50 g chopped walnuts

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200 °C. Grease the pan and line with breadcrumbs.

    Beat eggs and powdered sugar with a hand mixer for 7 minutes until fluffy peaks form. Stir in bitter almond oil. Mix ground walnuts with breadcrumbs and starch, then fold into the batter along with chopped walnuts.

    Transfer dough to the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven (middle rack, fan‑forced 180 °C) for about 25–35 minutes.
