Ingredients
- butter (for the cups)
- 150 g flour
- 100 g ground walnuts
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 300 ml buttermilk
- 70 ml rapeseed oil
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 60 g milk chocolate
- 100 g walnut halves
- candied raspberries (or cranberries)

Preheat the oven to 200°C with fan and top heat. Grease eight small glasses (about 200 ml each) with butter.

Mix flour with walnuts, baking powder and cinnamon. In another bowl whisk eggs with sugar, buttermilk and oil. Fold in the dry mixture and divide dough into two bowls. Melt chocolate over a water bath and stir into one portion of dough. Alternately spoon the two batters into the cups to create marbled cupcakes. Bake for about 25 minutes. Let cool.

To garnish melt chocolate and drizzle over the cupcakes. Top with walnuts and candied raspberries before serving.
