Ingredients
- 500 g squid tubes
- 500 g chorizo
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Rinse the tubes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the chorizo diagonally into large slices. In a hot grill pan, sear for 1-2 minutes. Add the squid, lightly salt and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Toast the white bread in another grill pan on both sides, then remove. Break into crumbs and mix with parsley and lemon juice into the squid-chorizo pan.
