Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 50 g butter
- hot broth (for pouring over)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 60 g Butter
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 2 hard‑boiled eggs
- Parsley (chopped)
Instructions

Cut the stem from the cabbage and cut it into eighths lengthwise. Melt the butter and sauté the cabbage in it, pour in a little broth, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Remove the cabbage, arrange on a preheated plate and season.

For the topping, put the remaining butter in a pan and toast the breadcrumbs until golden brown. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the cabbage and briefly place under the grill until crisp. Scatter finely chopped egg and parsley on top and serve.
