Ingredients
- 300 g fresh sauerkraut
- 150 g dates
- 2 small red apples
- 0.125 l dry white wine
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 radicchio

Chop the sauerkraut into small pieces, loosen it, and place in a bowl. Dice the dates into small cubes. Wash the apples, halve them, core them, and slice lengthwise into thin strips. Mix both into the sauerkraut. Whisk the white wine with honey and olive oil, then pour over the cabbage mixture and stir.
