Ingredients
- 300 g white cabbage
- 300 g red cabbage
- 250 g carrots
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 1 tsp coconut palm sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 50 ml white wine vinegar
- 2 shallots
- 150 g green bell pepper
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 100 g plain yogurt
- Pepper
Instructions

Remove the core from the cabbage, wash and cut into fine strips. Peel carrots and cut into sticks as well. Heat vegetable broth, coconut palm sugar, and salt, then pour over the cabbage. Add vinegar, stir well, cover, and let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

After an hour, peel the shallots and finely dice them. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and white membranes, and dice finely. Mix with mayonnaise and yogurt, combine with the salad, season with salt and pepper.

Let the cabbage salad rest another half hour, then serve in individual bowls.
