Ingredients

  • 1 kg Savoy cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • coarse Sea salt

Instructions

    Wash the cabbage, remove outer leaves and separate remaining leaves from the stem. Cut into bite‑sized pieces and lightly brush both sides with oil.

    Arrange on parchment‑lined baking trays and sprinkle coarse salt over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (fan: 180 °C; gas: level 3) for 12–15 minutes per tray, turning as needed, until the chips are crisp. Let cool thoroughly.
