Ingredients

  • 60 g pine nuts
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp freshly chopped basil
  • 200 g green, pitted olives
  • 125 g plain cream cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 10 slices toasted ciabatta
  • 1 tbsp roasted pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp green olive slice
  • parsley

Instructions

    Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant, then transfer to a plate and let cool. Rinse the anchovies and pat them dry. Roughly chop the olives and combine with pine nuts, cream cheese, anchovies, parsley, and basil in a blender; puree.
