Ingredients

  • 8 slices Italian white bread (e.g., ciabatta)
  • 6 egg tomatoes
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch fresh arugula (washed and dried)
  • Salt

Instructions

    Peel the onions and slice them into strips.
