Ingredients
- 200 g pumpkin
- 1 EL olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt
- Endive salad
- 2 shallots
- 2 EL vinegar
- Pepper
- 3 EL nut oil
- 4 small fresh goat cheeses
- varied pepper
Instructions

Peel the pumpkin, remove seeds and slice. Heat olive oil in a grill pan. Quickly sauté the pumpkin slices. Add pressed garlic and season with salt.

Tear apart the endive salad, wash and drain. Peel and dice the shallots. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper, and nut oil. Add the shallots to the mixture.

Grill the goat cheeses until golden brown under a preheated grill. Toss the endive salad with the dressing. Plate the pumpkin slices, top with grilled goat cheese, and sprinkle with pepper.
