Ingredients

  • 200 g country bread
  • 200 g mountain cheese (slices)
  • 1 tbsp plant oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • chili salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Slice the bread into thin slices. Place a slice of mountain cheese between two bread slices.

    Heat the oil and butter in a large pan and brown the cheese sandwiches on each side for about 1 minute, until the cheese begins to melt.

    Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Season with chili salt and pepper as desired. Serve with fresh salad.
