Breaded Mozzarella Balls

Ingredients

  • 0.5 bunch arugula
  • 240 g mozzarella balls (8 pieces)
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying
  • Salt
  • pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash arugula, rinse, pat dry and finely chop.

  2. 2.

    Salt mozzarella, pepper and roll in arugula until balls fully coated.

  3. 3.

    Dip in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.

  4. 4.

    Fry in hot oil (~180°C) for about 4-6 minutes golden brown.

  5. 5.

    Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
