Ingredients
- 4 slices honeydew melon (about 1.5 cm each)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2 Bananas
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped lemon balm
- cranberries (from the jar) to taste

Pat melon slices dry and coat in flour. Dip through beaten egg. Mix breadcrumbs with sugar and roll slices in mixture. Fry in hot oil about 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

For the salad peel bananas into slices. Combine yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and lemon balm; fold in banana slices. Serve together with the fried melon pieces and cranberries.
