Ingredients
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 0.5 cube fresh yeast (21 g)
- 400 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- flour (as needed for the work surface)

Rinse the rosemary, shake dry and finely chop the needles.

Dissolve the yeast in 200 ml lukewarm water. In a bowl mix the flour with salt and sugar, create a well in the center, pour in the yeast mixture and oil, and knead into a smooth dough. Knead on floured surface for 10 minutes, cover and let rest about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) with upper and lower heat.

Knead rosemary into the dough, shape into a loaf, place on parchment-lined tray, bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
