- 2 red onions
- 4 slices country bread
- 20 g butter
- 300 g coarse minced pork
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- garden cress (for garnish)

Peel, halve, and slice the onions into thin strips. Lightly spread butter on the bread slices. Mix the minced pork with parsley and distribute over the breads. Season with salt and pepper and top with onion strips. Garnish with garden cress and serve.
