Ingredients
- 1 stale roll
- 50 g cornichons
- 50 g pickled silver onions
- 1 egg
- 350 g mixed ground meat
- 80 g chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 24 small paper baking molds (for a mini muffin tin)
- 1 mini muffin tin
Instructions

Soak the roll in lukewarm water. Finely chop cornichons and silver onions. Squeeze out excess liquid from the roll, tear it into pieces and mix with ground meat, chopped cornichons, silver onions, walnuts, mustard, salt and pepper to form a minced meat dough.

Place paper molds into the mini muffin tin and fill each mold with the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
