Ingredients

  • 4 slices thick white bread
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 0.5 bunch basil leaves
  • 250 g sheep cheese
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Cut the bread into cubes and fry in hot clarified butter until golden brown, then drain on kitchen paper.

    Chop the tomatoes into pieces, slice the onion into thin half-rings. Cube the sheep cheese.

    Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, mix with tomatoes, onions and sheep cheese, fold in the bread cubes and serve garnished with basil leaves.
