Ingredients

  • 2 whole grain rolls
  • 4 leaves of Chinese cabbage
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese (with yogurt)
  • 2 Tbsp whipping cream
  • 0.5 tsp pickled green peppercorns
  • 2 tsp chopped dill sprigs
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 60 g smoked salmon (slices)
  • dill (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash and trim the Chinese cabbage, then slice into thin strips. Clean the spring onions, wash them, cut the white and light green parts lengthwise into quarters and halve the quarters crosswise.

    Mix cream cheese with whipping cream.

    Crush the peppercorns with a fork and stir into the cheese mixture along with dill; season with lemon juice and salt.

    Cut the rolls in half and spread ½ tbsp of cream on each bottom half. Distribute half the cabbage and spring onions over them. Add ½ tbsp of pepper cream and one slice of salmon on top. Cover with the remaining cabbage and leftover cream, garnish with dill. Place the upper roll halves on top and serve immediately.
