Ingredients
- 4 corn cobs
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- cinnamon (for sprinkling)

Wash the corn and separate or cut the kernels from the cob. Combine with milk in a blender and puree finely. Strain through a fine sieve into a pot. Add sugar, salt, and butter, stirring, and simmer until thick and creamy for about 15 minutes.

Divide into bowls or cups, let cool, and serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
