- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 garlic clove (peeled)
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp Raw Sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 schnitzels
- Salt

Wash and trim the chili pepper, peel the garlic. Finely chop both and mix with 4 tbsp lime juice, sugar, and oil.

Coat the schnitzels in the marinate and let rest covered for 1 hour. Heat a pan over medium heat, pat the schnitzels dry with paper towels, then sear each side for 3‑4 minutes, seasoning with salt.
