Ingredients

  • 1 kg lean sun-dried beef
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 yellow mild chili peppers (size varies)
  • 400 g onions

    Divide the air-dried beef into 3-4 pieces, place in a bowl, cover with water and soak overnight.

    Drain and pat dry. Slice the meat into thin strips.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, clean, slit lengthwise, deseed, cut crosswise then slice lengthwise the chili peppers. Peel, halve and slice the onions.
