- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 handfuls mixed herbs (e.g., chervil, parsley, chives)
- 500 g quark
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- Salt
- ground pepper

Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile wash and trim the spring onions, slice into thin rings. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the herbs, pat dry, remove stems, and finely chop. Mix the prepared ingredients into the quark and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
