  • 800 g waxy young potatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water for 25-30 minutes. Wash the chives, shake off excess water, and cut into fine rings. Season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper, then mix it with the olive oil and chives.
