Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes (starchy, cooking type)
- Salt
- 200 g crème fraîche
- pepper (ground)
- 1 cherry tomato
- 4 basil leaves
- 6 chive stalks
- 4 dill sprigs

Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for about 30 minutes. In the meantime whisk the crème fraîche until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Wash the tomato and quarter it, wash the herbs and shake them dry. Slice the chives into rolls.

Drain the potatoes, arrange on plates, cut a shallow slit on top and gently press apart. Spread the crème fraîche over them and sprinkle with the chives. Garnish with the remaining herbs and tomato quarters.
