Ingredients
- 375 g blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 3 ice cubes
- 300 g yogurt
- 300 ml buttermilk
- 2 tbsp melted flakes
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
Instructions

Wash, rinse, and drain the berries. Peel the banana and roughly cut into pieces.

Blend all ingredients in a blender. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add a little more buttermilk.

Sweeten with honey to taste, pour into glasses, and serve immediately. Garnish with blueberry skewers if desired.
