The Blueberry Smoothie Bowl from Spoonsparrow not only has a great color, but also scores with taste and nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Blueberries
  • 2 Bananas
  • 40 g Acai Powder (4 tbsp)
  • 5 g Cocoa Powder (1 tsp; heavily degreased)
  • 400 g Soy Yogurt Alternative
  • 200 ml Unsweetened Almond Drink (Almond Milk)
  • 6 g Chia Seeds (2 tsp)
  • 15 g Cacao Nibs (1 tbsp)
  • 15 g Sesame (1 tbsp)

Instructions

    Pick over, wash, and drain the blueberries. Peel and chop the bananas.

    Blend 400g of berries, acai powder, cocoa powder, bananas, soy yogurt alternative, and almond milk in a stand mixer or with an immersion blender until smooth.

    Mix in chia seeds and distribute smoothie into 4 bowls. Serve sprinkled with cacao nibs, sesame seeds, and remaining blueberries.
