Ingredients
- 250 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 500 g quark (20% fat)
- 150 ml buttermilk
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions

Wash fresh berries and pat dry; thaw frozen fruit if using, setting aside a few berries for garnish.

Place remaining berries in a tall container and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

Whisk quark with buttermilk and lime juice until silky, then fold in the blueberry puree. Divide into 4 glasses and top with reserved berries.
