Ingredients
- 200 g Blueberries
- 200 g Flour
- 2 EL sugar
- 1 TL baking powder
- 1 EL vanilla sugar
- 0.5 TL salt
- 400 ml milk
- 2 Eggs
- vegetable oil (for the pan)
- maple syrup (to drizzle)

Wash and drain the blueberries. In a bowl mix the flour with sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Stir in the milk until a thick batter forms. Add the eggs and whisk. Fold in the blueberries.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the pan and cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side 1-2 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm at 80°C if desired, until all batter is used.

Stack the pancakes on a plate and drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
