Ingredients

  • 250 g spelt flour Type 1050
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar from raw cane sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

    Place 12 paper liners into the depressions of a muffin tin.

    Mix flour and baking powder. Melt butter and let it cool slightly. Whisk together egg, honey, yogurt, and sour cream; fold in melted butter. Stir in dry ingredients, then gently fold in blueberries. Divide batter evenly among liners.
