Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g rolled oats (fine)
  • 150 g chopped nuts
  • 200 g dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)

Instructions

    Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla sugar; mix until smooth. Stir in rolled oats and chopped nuts. Knead into dough, fold in chopped chocolate.

    Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.
