Ice Cream Parfait with Nuts and Dried Fruits

Ingredients

  • 500 ml vanilla ice cream
  • 50 g raisins (soaked in rum)
  • 50 g dried figs (sliced)
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped candied orange peel
  • cinnamon powder
  • clove powder
  • nutmeg
  • brandy

Instructions

    Fill four glass cups with vanilla ice cream using an ice cream scoop. Top the ice cream with raisins, figs, almonds, candied orange peel, and walnuts.

    Mix 10 tbsp brandy with cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg to taste. Drizzle 2 tbsp of the spiced brandy over each cup of ice cream and serve immediately.
