Ingredients

  • 2 kg blueberries
  • fluid honey (as needed)

Instructions

    Wash the blueberries, spread them out and bring to a boil with 200 ml liquid in a pot. Simmer for about 15 minutes while stirring, then remove from heat and let stand for 30 minutes. Pour the berries and liquid through a muslin cloth stretched between two chair legs and allow to drain overnight.

    Squeeze the fruit again the next day, sweeten the juice with honey to taste, and fill into well-sanitized bottles. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
