Ingredients
- 0.5 Bio-Lemon
- 600 g mixed berries (strawberries, red and black currants, raspberries, blackberries)
- 4 tbsp currant juice
- 20 g vanilla sugar (2 packets)
- 50 g flour
- 25 g chopped almonds
- 25 g chopped peanuts
- 50 g yogurt butter
- 40 g brown sugar
- Salt
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon

Wash the lemon half hot, pat dry and grate 1 tsp zest.

Wash, trim and cube strawberries. Wash remaining berries, pat dry. Mix fruits with currant juice, lemon zest and vanilla sugar and fill a baking dish (about 20 x 30 cm).

Process flour with almonds, peanuts, butter, brown sugar, pinch of salt and cinnamon into crumbly crumbs and sprinkle over the berries. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (fan 160°C; gas: level 2–3) for 15–20 minutes.
