Ingredients

  • 0.5 Bio-Lemon
  • 600 g mixed berries (strawberries, red and black currants, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 4 tbsp currant juice
  • 20 g vanilla sugar (2 packets)
  • 50 g flour
  • 25 g chopped almonds
  • 25 g chopped peanuts
  • 50 g yogurt butter
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon

Instructions

    Wash the lemon half hot, pat dry and grate 1 tsp zest.

    Wash, trim and cube strawberries. Wash remaining berries, pat dry. Mix fruits with currant juice, lemon zest and vanilla sugar and fill a baking dish (about 20 x 30 cm).

    Process flour with almonds, peanuts, butter, brown sugar, pinch of salt and cinnamon into crumbly crumbs and sprinkle over the berries. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (fan 160°C; gas: level 2–3) for 15–20 minutes.
