Ingredients

  • freshly squeezed blood orange juice
  • fine thyme leaves
  • 250 g sugar (2:1)
  • 1 packet citric acid

Instructions

    Add orange juice, thyme leaves, and sugar to a pot and stir.

    Bring to a boil while stirring; simmer for 3 minutes with occasional stirring, then add citric acid.

    Skim foam and pour hot into jars. Seal immediately.
