  • 15 beautiful violet flowers
  • 1 Egg white
  • 100 g powdered sugar

Instructions

    Beat the egg white lightly. Dip each violet flower briefly in the egg white with tweezers, then dust with powdered sugar and let dry on parchment paper for about 2 hours.

    Larger petals such as those from roses can also be brushed with egg white and then dusted with powdered sugar.
