- 100 g Blackberries
- 125 g nectarine (1 nectarine)
- 60 g low‑fat quark (3 tbsp)
- 2 tsp Liquid Honey
- 12 g amaranth pops (4 tbsp)

Rinse the blackberries and let them drain.

Wash the nectarine, pat dry, halve it, pit it, and slice into very thin strips.
