Raspberry Jam

With the raspberry jam from Spoonsparrow you enrich every breakfast table.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg ripe raspberries
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar (1:1)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 50 ml cassis

Instructions

    Wash and drain the raspberries. Mix with sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon; let sit for 2 hours.

    Transfer to a pot, heat, and simmer for about 4 minutes until sparkling.

    Stir in the liqueur, pour into well-sauced canning jars, seal tightly, place upside down for 10 minutes, then flip and cool.
