Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries
- 1 kg black and red currants
- 1 kg blackberries
- 1 kg red gooseberries
- 4 kg pectin (1:1)
- 4 untreated lemons (juice)

Wash, clean the berries; cut the strawberries into small pieces and strip the stems from the currants. Mix each berry variety with an equal amount of pectin and the juice of one lemon, then let stand for 1 hour.

Bring to a boil in a pot and simmer for 4 minutes. Transfer to well-drained jars, seal, and place on their side for 10 minutes. Flip again and allow to cool completely. Store in a cool, dark place.
