Ingredients

  • 500 g blackberries
  • 600 g elderberries
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice)
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar (1:1)

Instructions

    Wash the berries, discard stems from the elderberries, and let them drain. Mix with lemon juice and gelatin sugar, stirring until it boils.

    Boil for 4 minutes while continuing to stir. Immediately pour into jars, seal, and place on the lids for about 15 minutes. Then flip and allow to cool. Store in a cool, dark place.
