Ingredients
- 150 g blackberries
- 100 g red and black currants
- 50 g small strawberries (or raspberries)
- 80 g butter (room temperature)
- 250 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 0.5 organic lemon zest
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 3 eggs
- 40 g honey
- 8 slices whole grain baguette (or toast)

Wash berries gently, pat dry and clean.

Grease a baking dish with a little butter. Warm milk with lemon zest and orange juice in a pot. Beat eggs with honey, then stir in the warm milk. Cut baguette slices in half. Melt remaining butter over low heat in a pan and whisk into the batter.
