Ingredients

  • 200 g oats
  • 700 ml milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2 Bananas
  • 6 dates
  • 400 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 1 tsp starch
  • 4 cups ACTIVIA recipes (quinoa & sunflower seeds)
  • fresh berries (and nuts as garnish)

Instructions

    Stir oats with milk and a pinch of salt. Scrape the vanilla pod and add the vanilla bean. Slice bananas thinly, finely chop dates, and mix into the oat mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

    Place frozen berries in a pot. Bring to a boil with orange juice until thawed. Dissolve starch in 3 tbsp water and stir into the berries. Place berry compote in the fridge as well.

    In the morning layer alternating Overnight Oats, one cup ACTIVIA quinoa & sunflower seeds, and berry compote in glasses. Finish by decorating with fresh berries or nuts if desired.
