Ingredients

  • 2 untreated oranges
  • 4 figs
  • 600 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 150 g whole grain muesli (optional)
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the oranges, removing the white pith as well, and separate the fruit segments from the membranes. Catch the released juice. Rub the figs and slice them lengthwise into thin strips.

    Whisk the yogurt with honey and 2 tbsp orange juice, fold in the muesli, divide among bowls, and arrange the fruit on top. Serve garnished with mint.
