Bircher Muesli

The Bircher muesli with peach slices from Spoonsparrow is low in calories and offers the perfect start to the day!

Ingredients

  • 40 g hazelnut kernels
  • 3 dried plums
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 150 g small tart apples (1 small tart apple)
  • 100 g small pears (1 small pear)
  • 250 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 50 g tender rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp apple syrup
  • 125 g peaches (1 peach)

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the nuts and roast them in a non-stick pan without oil, stirring until golden brown and fragrant. Transfer to a plate and let cool slightly.

    Finely dice the plums.

    Squeeze the lemon juice.

    Wash, dry, quarter, core, and finely grate the apple and pear.

    Combine yogurt, oats, apple syrup, nuts, and fruit; season with lemon juice and fill glasses or bowls.

    Wash, dry, halve the peach, remove the pit, cut into wedges, and arrange on top of the Bircher muesli.
