Ingredients
- 250 g blackberries
- 250 g red currants
- 500 g Blueberries
- 300 ml kefir
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (30 g)
- 5 currant stems (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the blackberries, red currants, and blueberries and let them drain on a sieve. Strip the currants from their stems. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh if desired.

Coat the currants in sugar. Pour the smoothie into glasses and decorate each glass with a sugared currant stem.
