Berry Smoothie

The Berry Smoothie from Spoonsparrow is full of antioxidants – and tastes simply delicious!

Ingredients

  • 250 g blackberries
  • 250 g red currants
  • 500 g Blueberries
  • 300 ml kefir
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (30 g)
  • 5 currant stems (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the blackberries, currants and blueberries and let them drain on a sieve. Strip the currants from their stems. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and strain through a fine mesh if desired.

    Coat the currants in sugar. Pour the berry smoothie into glasses and decorate each glass with a sugared currant stem.
