Berry Shake by Spoonsparrow: Fresh raspberries, strawberries, banana and yogurt instantly transform into a delicious smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 400 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 200 ml milk (3.5% fat) (well chilled)

Instructions

    Rinse the berries, clean them and let them drain well. Peel the banana and slice it.

    Blend the fruit with honey, lemon juice and yogurt until smooth.

    Gradually add the milk until the desired consistency is reached. Serve Berry Shake immediately.
