Berry Coconut Smoothie

A berry coconut smoothie from Exquisa: The shake impresses with high protein and is made possible by the delicate QuarkCreme!
Ingredients
- 300 g frozen mixed berries
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 250 g Exquisa (QuarkCreme Natur 0.2% fat)
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions

Let the berries thaw for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the coconut flakes in a small pan without oil until golden brown, remove and let cool on a flat plate.

In a stand mixer blend Exquisa QuarkCreme Natur, lemon juice, coconut milk, berries, and agave syrup until smooth. Alternatively, sugar can be used instead of agave syrup for sweetness.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
