Vitamin Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 3 kiwis
  • 200 g strawberries
  • limes
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 4 small lemon balm stems

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel, halve, core the mango, cut into 4 wedges and dice the rest.

    Peel the kiwis, slice one in half and dice the rest as well.

  3. 3.

    Wash the strawberries, set aside 4 pieces, clean the rest. Squeeze the lime halves.

  4. 4.

    Blend the diced fruits with the cleaned strawberries, lime juice and honey and pour into 4 glasses.

  5. 5.

    Wash and dry shake lemon balm. Garnish the drinks with the reserved fruit and lemon balm.
