Beetroot Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 beetroot (ca. 250 g)
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp plant oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash the beetroot and steam for about 30 minutes. Cool, peel, and let it cool completely.

    Coarsely dice and blend with broth and sugar until smooth. Add dill and stir in oil while mixing. Season with salt and pepper.
