Ingredients
- 75 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100 ml olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Pour about 50 ml water, mustard and honey into a tall container and blend with an immersion blender. Add olive oil while blending. Season with salt and pepper and add more water if needed.
